Eight datasets stay at the free limits on every plan because their sources' terms do not allow resale: FINRA short interest and short volume, threshold lists, exchange-fed funding rates, open interest and liquidations, Deribit options, ETF holdings.

Free limits change seven days after Pro and Ultra open

Today the free limits are 30 requests a minute without a key and 120 with a free key. From that day they become 10 and 30, with six months of history, and stay free forever. Existing keys keep 120 a minute until then, and every key holder gets the date by email a week ahead.

Frequently Asked Questions

Is the free plan really free?
Yes. No card, no trial clock. Every dataset is there at the free limits, and the free limits are a floor: they will not go down.
What counts as a request?
One API call, CSV download or MCP tool call. Per-minute limits reset every minute; daily limits reset at midnight UTC.
Which datasets are covered by the commercial licence?
The 20 built from public-domain sources: SEC filings and XBRL (insider trades, planned sales, large holders, 13F holdings, financials, buybacks, 8-K events, the earnings calendar, structured products, Form D placements, the IPO pipeline, bitcoin treasuries, fails to deliver), CFTC positioning, Treasury auctions, the economic calendar, Fed liquidity, central bank rates, federal contracts, and Hyperliquid whale positions. The other eleven (the eight above, plus sentiment, signals and the macro series) stay under the free licence on every plan because their sources' terms reach derived products.
Can I switch or cancel?
Any time, from the Plan tab of your account. A cancelled plan runs to the end of the period you paid for, then the key returns to the free limits.
How do I pay?
By card, monthly or yearly, through a secure checkout, with an invoice for every payment. Enterprise pays by invoice.
Do you offer a trial of Pro?
The free plan is the trial: the same data, the same endpoints. Pro changes how much you can pull, not what you can see.
